CONFIDENTIALITY

Your profile will never be visible on the Internet, nor will other host families that are members of our community be able to access it. Only potential Guest that match your selected criteria (Gender, age, dates, etc.) will be able to view you profile.

Additionally, as proof of their commitment, these guests will have paid a deposit to gain access to Guestbook platform.

FAIR 2-WAYS REVIEW

To help build trust and reputation on Guestbook, guest and hosts review their experience at the end of each program. We naturally make sure that the reviews are of a fair and inoffensive nature.

These reviews are obviously not visible on the Internet, nor visible by other host families that are member of Guestbook community.

ACCIDENTS

Accidents can happen, and we take the protection of our community, both hosts and students very seriously.

All students are fully insured for civil liability for damages they may cause during their stay with your family. They also have a medical insurance, so that you do not have to worry about medical expenses in the event that a guest falls ill.

PEACE OF MIND

For the community's piece of mind, we screen both hosts and guests applications before their profiles are activated.

This means that during the onboarding process, we will require you to provide background checks and recommandation letters.

Similarly, students must provide presentation letter, school reports, etc.
